Is very bad to let me wait and don’t know when? Today is already Wednesday, it is not right for me as customer to wait till your driver is free, is it mine is less priority and you don’t bother to tell your driver to make a trip to deliver my correct item. I’m already very angry to receive the wrong item, followed by no reply immediately, and I still have to wait till your driver is free or depending on his schedule, that is your problem, is a matter of your arrangement and how sincere is your apologies. When you received my email, I expect you reply immediately and followed by corrective measures to be taken to resolve it.
